Alex’s Professional History:

Alexander Delgado entered the world of real estate brokerage in 1988 as an adjunct to the management of residential homeowner and condominium associations in south Florida. His management company, AERRIS Corporation, was able to improve the property value and correlating sale price of homes within the communities he managed as a byproduct of the restructuring of contracts and improved administration of community resources.

In 2003 after moving to Franklin, Alex began to secure contracts to market real estate properties immediately after joining Keller Williams. He became the number one top producing single agent in 2004 for Williamson County, improving the equity position of each of his clients whether selling or buying to such a degree as notable within the industry and the Middle Tennessee Grand Division.

In 2005, after speaking at their national convention in Las Vegas for his work with needy children in 19 countries, Alex was awarded the International REALTOR® of the Year and subsequently recruited to launch a new office in Silicon Valley, San Jose, California. On a three-year contract and 18 months to become profitable, Alex’s office became profitable in two months. He was recruited to become an international instructor and met all the requirements to earn the designation. In seven months his office became the number one office in Northern California and Hawaii for owner profit, profit share, and expense to company dollar making it the most efficiently run office in that region. It was also recognized as the second highest income producing office in the region.

The following month, his office was awarded the number one training facility in North America with regard to real estate business, customer service through increased value transfer and creating a culture of excellence in the marketplace and kindness and compassion in the community.

In 2007, Mr. Delgado opened the doors of Probity Real Estate Corporation and invested his efforts in great part to community service while garnering awards for Excellence in Ingenuity from 2008 through 2010 within the Real Estate sector. He further received appointment as a representative of the Grievance Committee for the Williamson County Board of Realtors® as well as being elected as the Middle Tennessee Grand Division Representative for the Tennessee International Council of Realtors®.

In 2011, Probity Real Estate added a commercial division. Alex thereafter accepted a position as Director of Marketing and International for Keller Williams Commercial in Middle Tennessee with emphasis on Asset Acquisition, Syndication, Property Management and Investment Brokerage. He enjoyed applying his efforts in the architecture of profitable commercial leasing and purchase contracts and servicing an international clientele.

Most recently, Alex has helped clients in other states sell and buy investment properties as part of their financial success strategies using our professional referral network, in addition to helping local sellers and buyers invest wisely through their personal residence sale and purchase.
